Things like employees hired before HR even knew or processed any paperwork, sometimes with the employee having already started.Īll of this saddens me because the possibility of Krypton to become something great is possible but they can’t allow delegation to actually happen. They tried to fix this multiple times but each time it still happens. Policies routinely ignored by management but supposed to be enforced for the average employee. I’ve seen members of management get upset they have to do so much but they don’t allow the employees the latitude to get the job done. Often they are treated as if they don’t know anything or that they can’t do their jobs. They hire people do do a job but then don’t trust them to actually do their jobs. Management play’s favorites sometimes, but the biggest issue is the micromanagement. Finally when they did, it seemed only by force. I have been there for a number of years and during that time I always saw Krypton grow to a certain point but never make it over that point.

The drive and culture there can achieve much more than they are right now. Management Micromanagement Krypton could be much better than it currently is. And the other reviews talking about the pay. So look at the review and make your decision. But I would not recommend people to go there because of the pay and other things. They put pressure on a guy so much even his wife was telling him to leave. How you gonna grow a company and you don’t trust the employees that are supposed to do the job they’re supposed to do? They talk about common sense. They ask you to do more and more instead of making the system better. People would leave left and right because of the pay and other things. After a great year, people still got almost nothing for bonus. They should be in the back somewhere and never get out of there. No communication skills and listening skills of any kind. They put people in place in management that should not be. Even if it’s not your fault they’ll find a way to make it yours.

They are stubborn to the point where people with great ideas don’t even get listened to. Meaning your word versus theirs guess who wins? You can never get an idea across even if it will better the company. The same people that run things is the same people that own the company. They do not obey the regular structure of you go up and you get paid more. They do things that seem like they care about the employees there, they have actively tried to not lay people off in the past when things were hard but on the flip side they sometimes treat people as disposable.Don’t go there! It’s a great company with great flexibility but there are a few things off that you will notice as you go. Krypton could be much better than it currently is.
